Richard Li holds a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor of Arts and Social Sciences, with majors in Psychology and Spanish, from the University of Sydney. He was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in November 2023.
Before joining AH2 Legal, Richard gained valuable legal experience in both in-house and private practice settings. His work has spanned across several practice areas, including Immigration Law, Commercial Law, Employment Law, Charity Law, and Personal Injury.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin and conversational in Spanish, Richard is well-equipped to assist clients from a range of cultural and professional backgrounds with clarity and sensitivity.
Outside of his legal practice, you will find Richard meditating by the sea or surfing on a nice wave.

About khai
Khai Ling joined the AH2 Legal team in 2018 after obtaining her Bachelor of Laws at Murdoch University.
She is a trusted member of the team that continually assists our lawyers in conducting extensive in-depth legal research and preparing various Court and Tribunal documents for legal proceedings.
With her multi-cultural upbringing, Khai Ling is fluent in numerous languages such as English, Chinese (Mandarin) as well as Malay and is well suited in dealing with our clients of multi-cultural backgrounds whom might prefer conversing in their own native tongues.
Khai Ling has also volunteered at a Family Law Clinic in Rockingham, WA to provide free legal advice, assistance and advocacy to members of the local community and the general public under the supervision of senior solicitors.
Outside of work, Khai Ling enjoys an active lifestyle with various outdoor activities and travelling to broaden her horizons.
